In order to receive an optimal product, each product at the Pallas Group undergoes a specific check.
Records:
During the full development in the electro-plating, the first possibility of an acoustic check arises after completion of the master. A complete hearing of the sound quality of the master is carried out. Slight mistakes (cracking sounds) can be corrected at this stage.
After the release of the master, pressing matrixes are prepared, and sample records produced, heard and sent to the customer for release. After the release, during the running production, optical checks are carried out. In addition, all products are tested acoustically.
CD and DVD:All data and documents coming in are checked for completeness. During the production of a CD-ROM/DVD, an additional check is carried out of the data received, and finally a 1:1 comparison between the master CD delivered and the CD-ROM/DVD produced is carried out. This guarantees that all data is transferred as to 100%.
The CDs/DVDs are checked optically, mechanically and electrically with extensive test equipment from reputed manufacturers in accordance with the details contained in the specifications of the licensors, and also checked visually. In addition, each CD/DVD is subjected to a 100% optical scan.
After its release, the CD/DVD is labelled and packed. Further samples are taken and checked.
After a check of the end sample (here there is a set check procedure) the delivery of the goods takes place.
